Workout Update
Jan. 10th, 2013 11:30 amIts only been a couple of days but thought I should update. So I started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout and so far so good. It was bad at the beginning but now I am actually finishing the first level. I still have problems with jumping jacks but I hope to get better. The pain isn't as bad as in I can sit down, stand and walk without looking like an old person doing it. The diet is okay, that will be the hardest part since most health foods are expensive. I'm just going to cut down on junk food and soda.
